About Michael

Mr. Levy has been practicing law since 2010. He has been representing employees against their employers since 2013. Mr. Levy’s practice focuses on employment and civil rights matters. Mr. Levy was previously a partner at a San Francisco-based employment/civil rights law firm and has been an associate at firms representing employees, consumers, and victims of personal injury.

California has some of the strongest worker-protection laws in the nation, and for good reason. People deserve to be able to earn a living without being subjected to degradation, by sexual harassment, harassment based on race, religion, sexual orientation, or other factors. People deserve equal pay for equal work, and equal opportunities for employment and advancement based on what they bring to the table. No one should be fired because they refuse to break the law, or because they tell their supervisor not to break the law. The enforcement of employment laws, and other civil rights laws, protects some of the most important rights we have.

Mr. Levy is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with his family in Moraga.
